The Royal-Thomian Golfers' Guild is thrilled to announce the 55th Royal-Tnomian Old Boys Golf
Match, an iconic event that upholds a rich legacy of sportung excellence and spirited rivairy
between Royal College and St Thomas' College Scheduled to take place on March 16, 2025, at the
Royal Colombo Golf Club, Coiombo 07, this tournament stands as a true celebration of camaraderie,
competition, and the shared traditions of two of Srı Lanka's most prestigious institutions
For over five decades, this annual tournament has brought together generations of Royalists and
Thomians, reinforcing the deep-rooted connection between the two schools while fostering a love
for the sport of golf What began as a gathering of old boys with a passion for golf has evolved into
one of Sri Lanka's most anticipated and celebrated golfing events, drawing both seasoned veterans
and emergıng talents from the alumnı networks of both schools
This year's 55th edition promises to be nothing short of spectacular, as top golfers from both sides
prepare to battle it out for glory Leadıng the Royal College team is Captan Wijtha Perera,
alongside Vce Captain Ganını Jayaweera, while the St Thomas' College tearm wil be spearheaded
by Captan Deannath Kulatunga and Vice-Captain Rohan Fernando With these skiled cormpeti tors
at the heirm, the stage is set for an intense yet triendly contest that will once again showcase the
Royal-Thomian spirit
The Royal Coionbo Golf Club, with its storied history and challenging fairways, will set the perfect
