 The Ceylon Biscuits Limited (CBL Group), the leading food manufacturer, will sponsor the
MCA D" Division 40-over League Tournament 2025 for the Sth successive year and is
contested trophy.

The tournament features 15 teams pooled into three (03) groups got underway on 4th of
December  2024 and will conclude on 25th January 2025 with the final
The tournament 30 matches, and
is conducted in two stages: namely the league stage consisting
the knockout stage consisting 07 matches including the final.

Group A: Hemas Group, The Recovery Room, Peoples Leasing PLC, Colombo
Dockyard & Yokohama TWS
. Group B: Airport & Aviation, Abans Group, Nations Trust Bank, HNB Finance &
Power Hand Plantations
• Group C: Central Finance, Millenium IT, Teejay Lanka, Delmege Group & Seylan Bank
Althe conclusion of the league round, the top two teams from each group, along with the best
tho third-placed teams from all groups, will advance to the quarterfinals..
Special Awards:
CBL ill offer four (04) special awards for Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Man of the Final, and
Man of the Series.

The Player Control Team (PCT) :
All matches will be officiated by a MCA-appointed Match Referee, umpires from the
Association of Professional Cricket Umpires (APCU) and scorers by the Sri Lanka Cricket
Scorers.
OfMcial Match Ball:
Matches up to the final will be played with the "Grays Avenger" Red Ball, with the
printed on it.
The official sponsorship handing over ceremony together with the media conference was held on
16th January 2025, 6:30 pm at the MCA Legends Wing.Colombo 7 , Sri Lanka
